Heartland AVS Settings on v3

When using Heartland for version 3, MenuDrive only presents the patron with a billing "Zipcode" on the payment form.
With Heartland, the Merchant can "require" the other fields be submitted like "City, Street, State..." but we do not collect these field so the AVS response code MenuDrive gets will not Pass our checks.
The Merchant would need to set their AVS options to allow AVS Response Codes "W, X, Y, or Z".
The screen shot below shows "M", however we do not allow this code to Pass.
