MenuDrive has a tier 2 support team that have access to the online ordering website control panels. If you call MenuDrive support for assistance and all tier 2 support technicians are unavailable you may be assisted by a tier 1 support technician.
Tier 1 support technicians do not have access to your Online Ordering Admin Control Panel. For this reason you will be requested to log in.
1. Please go to menudrive.com
2. Click on Login
3 Enter the email address and password to log into your account.
Note* If you do not know your email login you will need to email email@example.com or have a tier 2 support technician call you back.
If you forget your Password you can click on "forget Password" Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email with a temporary password.
When you log into you account, select your location(s), and Please reset your password. Change Password is under "My Account".
Your Admin Control Panel is the power behind your online ordering website. Every update can be done here. If you view this support page and do not see your issue please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you as soon as possible.
